How we handle your email and your visit

This notice covers the Promptivity AI Advisor website (advisor.promptivity.ai) and its One AI Use Case a Day newsletter. The site and newsletter are operated by Promptivity LLC. Effective date: 2026-10-21.

Who we are: Promptivity LLC, 4051 Veterans Blvd, Ste 209 PMB 169, Metairie, LA 70002, operates this website and the newsletter.
What we collect when you subscribe: Your email address, the dates you signed up and confirmed your subscription, that you ticked the box asking for the daily email, and whether you chose to allow open and click tracking (with the date and how you chose).
Open and click tracking (your choice): Subscribing does not require tracking. When you sign up there is an optional box, "Allow open and click tracking", which is unticked unless you tick it. If you tick it, Brevo records your opens and clicks linked to your address, including the time, the link clicked and the IP address used. If you leave it unticked, Brevo does not add your opens and clicks to your contact history; they are counted only in each email's overall totals (for example, total opens and clicks), and Brevo keeps the date you last opened or clicked one of our emails, which it uses for deliverability. Either way, Brevo records that each email was sent and delivered to you, and links in our emails pass through Brevo's link redirect. Every email has a "Stop tracking my opens and clicks" link, which switches tracking off for your address from then on; you keep getting the newsletter.
Why we collect it: To send you One AI Use Case a Day, once a day, after you confirm by clicking the link we email you (double opt-in), and to understand which editions are useful.
Who processes it: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) stores your address and sends our emails for us as our data processor, under its privacy policy: https://www.brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy/. When you press Subscribe, your browser sends the form directly to Brevo (sibforms.com).
Website hosting and security: The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser user agent and the pages requested, and may keep security and request logs, under its privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/. The site itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
Sponsors: Some editions and category pages may carry one clearly labelled sponsor message. Sponsors receive aggregate statistics only, such as total sends, opens and clicks. We do not sell your address or share it with sponsors.
Sponsor information requests: We do not offer these today. If we ever let you request information from a sponsor, we would share your details only with your separate, explicit consent for that named company. Subscribing to the newsletter never counts as that consent.
How long we keep it: We keep your email address while your subscription is active. Within 30 days after you unsubscribe, we remove you from the AI Advisor newsletter lists. We keep a suppression record (your email address and the date you unsubscribed) to honor your opt-out and prevent further newsletter marketing unless you choose to subscribe again. Brevo also keeps the history of the emails we sent you (sends and deliveries, plus any opens and clicks recorded with your consent) for as long as that record exists; it cannot be deleted on its own. If you also subscribe to another Promptivity list, this clean-up does not change that subscription. If you ask us to delete your record entirely, we will, but we can then no longer block your address automatically if it is added again.
Unsubscribe: Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Newsletter emails stop as soon as you use it; the 30 days above is only for the follow-up clean-up.
